I got into real estate because I wanted time freedom—and the chance to help people during one of the most important moments of their lives. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s a life change, and I love being part of that process. Real estate gave me the opportunity to guide others through it while creating the kind of life I want for myself and my family.

I’ve been in the industry for 5 years now and focus primarily on the Virginia area. What makes me different is how I treat my clients like family. I genuinely care about their experience and want them to be completely satisfied from start to finish. Whether it’s their first home or their fifth, I bring the same dedication, care, and heart every time.

My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties. Real estate has so many paths, and I’m excited to grow not just in sales, but in ownership and investing too.

I’m originally from the Philippines, and outside of real estate, I love reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. I’m a jolly person at heart. I believe in enjoying every moment because tomorrow is never guaranteed.

For me, it’s all about creating meaningful connections, doing honest work, and living life with joy and purpose.
